Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers Diehard Trader, a product of Ask AI Trade. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Shipping

• No physical product is shipped. Diehard Trader is software, delivered entirely online.
• There are no shipping charges, and delivery does not depend on where you live.

2. What you get, and when

• Your account and licence: as soon as you sign up and create a licence in your dashboard.
• The EA (the MetaTrader 5 expert advisor, DiehardConnectEA.ex5): a download from the MT5 Setup page of your dashboard, available straight away.
• Your paid plan: it activates automatically as soon as Razorpay or PayPal confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. The Billing page shows it as active.

3. If your plan has not activated

If your payment succeeded and your plan is still not active after 24 hours, email or WhatsApp us with your payment ID and your account email, and we will fix it. If it is still not active within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund: see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Exchange

As this is a digital service, there is nothing to exchange. To move to a plan with more or fewer MT5 accounts, contact us and we will change it for you.
