What counts as an account

One MT5 account login, running at one time. We count the account number, not the terminal name and not the license. A live account and a demo account at the same time is two. Move to a different account and the old one frees up after ten quiet minutes, so a prop-firm account with a new number every challenge costs you nothing extra. Those same ten minutes mean a MetaTrader restart or a VPS reboot keeps your place.

Prices are in USD. Payments are final. We do not refund unused time, missed alerts, or anything else, except where the law says we must. Cancel and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Full terms in our Terms of Service.

Common questions

FAQ

Which brokers are supported?

Any broker that lets you run MT5. IC Markets, Pepperstone, Exness, FBS, FTMO, your own. We never talk to your broker. The EA on your terminal does.

Do I need a VPS?

You need one if you want your alerts to trade while your laptop is shut. Any Windows VPS that runs MT5 will do. We do not sell VPS hosting.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 7 days free on one MT5 account, no card. The trial starts when you make your first license. If it is not for you, do not subscribe. Nothing is charged.

Can I connect multiple MT5 accounts?

Yes. Prop firm, personal, demo, in any mix, on one license or several. One alert goes to all of them. Your plan sets how many can run at once, from one on Solo to ten on Firm. Connect more than that and the extra account is refused, not traded quietly.

What if a trade fails?

Every alert that reaches a terminal gets a row in your execution log. If the broker turns it down, say for margin, a closed market or a symbol it does not know, the reason shows up under Failures.

Where's my data hosted?

Our database and dashboard run in Mumbai, on Supabase and Hostinger. Email goes through Resend in the EU. Cloudflare sits in front. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
