Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy covers subscriptions to Diehard Trader, a product of Ask AI Trade. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Try it free first
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial, with no card required. You can set up the EA, connect your TradingView alerts and test everything on a demo account before you pay anything. We ask you to use the trial to decide whether the Service suits you, because paid periods are not refunded (see section 3).
2. Cancelling a subscription
Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. You can also email or WhatsApp us, and we will cancel it for you.
- Cancelling stops all future charges. Nothing further is taken from your card or PayPal account.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. Your alerts are no longer executed after that date.
- You can subscribe again at any time.
3. Refunds
Diehard Trader is a digital service, and it is delivered the moment your plan activates. Amounts already paid are not refunded, including for unused days of a period, alerts that were not sent, or trades that did not go as expected.
We refund in full in these cases only:
- You were charged twice for the same period (a duplicate payment).
- Your payment succeeded, but your plan was not activated within 48 hours and we could not fix it.
- You were charged after cancelling before the renewal date.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay or PayPal. They usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to us within 7 days of the payment with:
- the email address of your Diehard Trader account;
- the payment ID or transaction ID;
- the reason for the refund.
We reply to every request within 3 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We would rather sort the problem out directly. While a chargeback is open, we may suspend the account's plan.
